Trust is designed in, not added on
Supply chain decisions move money, stock and customer promises. Here is exactly how FLX4 keeps them under your control, and an honest account of what is built today.
Principles
Read-first access
We begin with read-only access to the data behind one decision. Write access is added later, per action type, when you approve it.
Approval before action
A named person approves anything that writes to a system. Approval tiers follow value and risk.
Evidence with every decision
Recommendations carry the data used, the options considered and the reasons, so an approver can check them in seconds.
A trail you can audit
Decision records keep the recommendation, the choice, the approver, the action and the outcome. Where products use tamper-evident logs, entries cannot be edited after the fact.
Abstain rather than guess
When data is too thin or too old, recommendations say so, lower their confidence, or stop and ask a person.
Separate customer data
Each customer’s data is kept separate and is never used to serve another customer.
How AI is used, and where it is not
Statistical models with ranges, chosen per item on measured error
Optimization solvers with explicit constraints
Language models through a controlled gateway; they explain the numbers, they do not set them
People, within approval rules you set
What we will not do
- Present an illustrative number as a customer result.
- Show customer logos, testimonials or certifications we do not have.
- Write to your systems without an approval rule you have set.
- Use one customer’s data to serve another.
Security documentation
We do not display security badges on this site. Ask us for our current security documentation, architecture and data-handling details; we share them under NDA as part of discovery.
Questions about trust and data
Can FLX4 act without anyone approving?
Where is our data stored?
Do language models see our data?
Ask us the hard questions
Security, data, deployment, integration. We would rather answer them before you sign than after.
Read-only on day one. Your people approve every action. If the number does not move, you do not scale.
